Eva Masoura is a type designer and visiting lecturer in University of West Attica. She has collaborated with various type foundries designing greek and latin typefaces. She has worked on custom and corporate type design projects, such as transliteration and multilingual type families along with designing greek versions of existing latin typefaces. Her design of Frutiger Next Greek for Linotype Gmbh won a TDC2 2006 award, shared with Adrian Frutiger, from Type Directors Club, New York,. She studied in Athens, Reading and London, and holds an MA in Typeface Design from the University of Reading and MA in Communication Design from Central Saint Martins College of Art & Design. She lives and works in Athens.
